Hortensia Castillo
Hortensia Castillo has been an associate at Jay Carey Law Offices since 1998 and most recently studied Basic Mediation as part of a program facilitated by the Volunteers of America. She is a General Practice Attorney, with a passion for Immigration and Family Law.
Steven G. Phillips
Steven G. Phillips has practiced law for over twenty years. He is a General Practice Attorney with a wide variety of experience, including Juvenile Court cases, Family Law and Criminal Law. He has worked on Juvenile Court cases on Motions, Hearings, Trials, and preparation for the same in the areas of Juvenile Offender and Dependency.

Priscilla Carey-Cordoba is a recent addition to the Jay Carey Law Office legal team. Ms. Carey-Cordoba’s law practice includes Real Estate, Business, and Consumer law, in addition to Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, and Guardianships.

He opened Jay Carey Law Office in Arlington, Washington as a general practitioner with an emphasis on real estate, domestic relations, civil and criminal trial litigation, insolvency, estate administration, and guardianship. He is no longer accepting new clients.
